Howell Consultants is a Professional Consulting Engineering firm specializing in Commercial Mechanical Engineering. We offer our clients the full line of disciplines including HVAC, Plumbing, Medical Gases, Fire Protection and more.

We deliver complete construction documents including Plans and Specifications for permitting and construction as well as Contract Administration to bring our projects from design to completion.

Howell Consultants, L.L.C. was formed in January 2002 and, with the combined experience of our key associates, we offer over 50 years of experience in the Mechanical Consulting field.

Our fields of expertise include Medical Facilities, Municiple Buildings, Educational Facilities, Research Facilities, Office Buildings, Retail Outlets, Resturaunts, Large scale Residential Complexes and Manufacturing Facilities.

OUR ASSOCIATES:
Edwin M. Howell is the Principal and Projects Coordinator for Howell Consultants. Mr. Howell has been in the Consulting field since 1974 and has developed extensive Construction mangement knowledge through his field experience as project manager on numerous major Mechanical Construction Projects in his charge.

Ms. Heidi R. Gremillion serves as the company's Engineer of Record. Ms. Gremillion received her B.S. in Mechanical Enginering from LSU and has earned a masters degree in Mechanical Enginering from Tulane University.

Ms. Gremillion brings eight years of design and construction administration experience to the company. She has a strong presence in the construction community in the Greater New Orleans area.

Ms. Dorothea Reynaud heads up the drafting department for Howell Consultants. Ms. Reynaud is an experienced Mechanical Designer and brings over 35 years experience to the table. She has extensive knowledge of HVAC calculations, plumbing design and specification writing.

These key associates along with our drafting and field personel make up a team of professionals that can and do deliver the highest quality of engineered projects possible.
